The Qabalistic Cross

Visualize a shere of brilliant, white Divine Light on top of the head. Try to become aware of its presence, and feel its warmth. Realize that this is the Higher Self, or the presence of the divine within you. Take your right forefinger and touch this sphere of Divine Light.

- Trace a beam of Light down to the forehead and the third-eye chakra. Charge it while vibrating "ATAH." (Thine is)
- Trace the beam of Light down to the feet. See an orb of Divine Light form there. Vibrate "MALKUTH." (The kingdom)
- Trace the beam of Light to the right shoulder, the place of Geburah and Mars. Vibrate "Ve-Geburah." (the power)
- Trace the Divine Light to the left shoulder, the place of Chesed and Jupiter. Vibrate "Ve-Gedulah." (and the glory)

Clasp hands together and vibrate "LEOLAHM. AMEN" (Forever and ever. Amen). See the aura glow in Divine, white Light as you vibrate the words.
